How does ordering online work? When you place your order online your payment is processed and one of our event producers is alerted. From there we call or email you to get the rest of your event details like: what you would like your entertainer to wear, start time, event address etc... By allowing our customers to order online it makes planning your event just that much easier!

When do the entertainers show up to set up? Our entertainers/ Video / Photo Team show up thirty to fourty five mintues before start time depending ont the set up. With our facepainters/ clowns they might not get there until 15-20 minutes before your start time because they have less set up.

What do they wear? You have a choice of tropical shirt/ Khacki Pants, Tuxedo, Black Shirt/Black Pants, or Club wear for the DJs & Musicians. Novelty Entertainers will be in appropriate dress for what they are doing and our Photographers/ Videographer wear Black on Black or Tuxedo.

What is your refund policy? If for whatever reason you need to reschedule your event we will credit you account the deposit amount you gave us. You can use this amount for like services on like days for up to a year after your first scheduled event.

How do I choose the music for my event? Once you book with us you will be provided with a reception planning guide/ music guide. For Brides this guide includes questions about your first dance, Garter, Bouquet and Cake Cutting. For  Company Events this music guide can be passed through out the office to get requests for dancing and to get everyone excited about your event! For Teen Parties we can make sure we have the music that you need to hear! From there we play the appropriate music at the appropriate time, work with your professionals, to ensure a seamless timeline to your event!

Can I meet with you before the event? Because we live in such a busy world we have found that it is difficult to meet face to face in most instances. We try to have our "Everything But The Groom" seminar once a month so that the folks that need to come out and meet us face to face can. If we were to meet each client that we have face to face, we would not have time for anything else. In extreme packages where a site inspection is necessary yes we will meet. In most instances phone and email will do the trick.         This way our time is better managed and so is yours. This website was specifically built with video demos, pricing and ordering capabilities to ensure that your time is streamlined when planning your event.

Do I have to order one of your packages or can I just order one service? We are kind of like Rooms To Go..Order a little save a little -order a lot save a lot. There is a savings of hundreds of dollars when you order our packages. If that is not for you you can still order just one service from us. Our pricing is based on what our industry is charging so that means we are not the least expensive but not outrageous either.

Is there really a Suzy Q? Yes there is- she is alive and well and living in Florida! Suzanne Quitt is the founder and President of Suzy Q Productions. She is actually a singer/ DJ/Emcee for Weddings and events. Rumor has it that her parents knew she was destined for the stage thats why they named her Suzanne because they knew she would be an entertainer-Hence Suzy Q!

How long have you been in business? We are proudly celebrating our ten year anniversary this year! What started out as a karaoke service business out of Suzanne's two bedroom apartment has grown to a full service production company that offers over 70 services to our clients worldwide!

Do you have references? Not only do we have references but we have them on videotape! You can check out our Client List page to view video demos of folks that have worked with us in the past.

Do you take major credit cards? We do take all major credit cards but prefer to get paid by check so that we dont get hit with their fees.

How early should I book my entertainment? We reccommend that you book as soon as you have an event date. You can even book us before you get a hall or venue, this way we can ensure proper coverage of your event. Just tell us where to go and we will be there!

Can I come out and see you live? Because we deal with so many different entertainers and types of events- It would be a full time job scheduling live performance viewings. With that in mind we have put live video demos of our entertainers on this site. You can see the level of our entertainers and what to expect from us.This saves everyone time -and with gas prices the way there are -money too.
